*Students & trainees are required to submit their ID or documentation during the registration process.

**Patients & Parents category: Those who are eligible for this category must register with a different registration form. Please contact by congress secretariat to request a link to the registration form.

*** Low-income country discount is available for delegates from low-income economies as listed by The World Bank. 

Congress secretariat has the right to change the registration type if the delegate is not from a low-income economy country.

The registration fee for all the registration categories of the Congress includes:

  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Access to the posters’ area
  • Access to the exhibition area
  • Congress materials (Name badge, final program book, etc…)
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Coffee breaks & lunches as per the congress program
  • Welcome Reception

Letter of Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent to the submitted e-mail within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until the early bird deadline March 18, 2024, to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50,00.-AUD deduction for administrative expenses.

For cancellations received on and after March 19, 2024, the registration fee will be non-refundable.

Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Congress Organising Secretariat, to the attention of Ms. Neyir Seda Utugen | Registration & Accommodation Manager | E-mail: nutugen@kenes.com

Payment Terms
The official currency of the Conference is AUD.
Payments should be made in advance via bank transfer or via credit card.

We regret that we are unable to accept any personal, company and/or bank cheques.

Credit card payment:
Holders of Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard or Amex may use their credit cards for the charge of all fees. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences on the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.


Bank transfer payment:
Bank account details for PROS 2024 Congress are indicated below. Participants preferring bank transfer payment are required to send the proof of payment to the Congress Organising Secretariat.
